Rowland is assisted by Chef Chris Smith, formerly of the Nana Grill located in the Hilton Anatole and Donovan's Steakhouse in Phoenix, AZ.

Rowland has brought in General Manager, Lon Goodwin. He really knows how to please the customer. Lon Goodwin was not only the maitre d' at Beau Nash, at the Crescent, but also was Service Manager and Wine Director for Stephan Pyles restaurant in Downtown Dallas.
