DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - March 24, 2010) -  Nova Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: NVAE) has scheduled a Webcast Friday, March 26^th, to present a strategic update on the Company's anticipated acquisitions in both North America and East Africa. Yesterday, the Company announced a letter of intent to acquire a $1.4 million strategic asset in North America. The acquisition is expected to close in early April. This week, Nova has a team in Kenya to solidify strategic acquisition plans scheduled for a May closing. The Webcast this Friday will include more details on both acquisitions and the Company's strategic partnerships in Africa with China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) and NuMobile, Inc.
