Last week, Nova released a strategic update Webcast to present the Company's anticipated milestones in the April and May timeframes. Nova expects to close the acquisition of a $1.4 million oil drilling asset in early April to support the Company's plan to redevelop known oil reserves. Additionally, the Webcast includes details on the Company's diversification in Africa and anticipated acquisitions of technology and manufacturing operations in Kenya in the May timeframe.
