Nova Energy (NVAE) to Present NewMarket (NWMT) Systems Integration Partnership, Health and Housing Industry Projects, $1 Million Investment and $1.4 Million Acquisition

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - April 6, 2010) -  Nova Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) is scheduled to release a strategic update Webcast tomorrow to provide further details on its health and housing industry projects, the recently announced $1 million funding commitment and the Company's partnership with the NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) Greenfield Program. The Webcast is expected to further include more information on the recently announced plans to acquire a $1.4 million oil drilling asset. The presentation will be conducted by interim CEO Philip Verges. 

This year, Nova Energy launched an updated corporate strategy to pursue several business lines in the growing economy of East Africa, to include the housing and health products industry. The Company plans to also continue to redevelop known oil reserves in North America. The Webcast will be made available on-demand on the Nova Energy corporate website upon release.
