NuMobile, Inc. Announces $30 Million Sales Contract Pipeline to Be Featured in Virtual Town Hall This Friday


CARY, NC--(Marketwire - January 26, 2010) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) is scheduled to release its 2010 Virtual Town Hall this Friday, January 29, 2010. NuMobile is building a portfolio of software solutions for the global mobile computing and smartphone market. The Virtual Town Hall is expected to include a review of the Company's 2009 milestones and a preview of the year ahead, to include further information on each of NuMobile's recent mobile security acquisitions and pending mobile technology acquisitions.

Last year, NuMobile acquired Enhance Network Communication, Inc. Enhance is headquartered in Cupertino, California and has developed a proprietary large enterprise network security technology designed for managing the unique information management requirements of network-delivered government services. The acquisition agreement includes a performance incentive for the former Enhance shareholders regarding a $20 million contract opportunity for the Company's proprietary technology.

NuMobile also recently kicked off its 2010 market development plan in China and as a result announced that management anticipates a potential $10 million in contracts to be signed in China in 2010. The Enhance opportunity and Chinese sales pipeline are expected to be presented in more detail in the Virtual Town Hall this Friday.
