NuMobile, Inc. to Review Anticipated Milestones to Include Acquisitions and Contracts and Corresponding PPS Performance Potential in Reaction to Business Plan Validation
On-Demand Webcast Scheduled for Friday, January 15th

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - January 13, 2010) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB : NUBL ) today announced
plans to release an on-demand Webcast reviewing anticipated milestones for
the Company including acquisitions and contracts that could further
validate the Company's mobile computing and smartphone business plan. In
conjunction with these milestones, the Webcast is set to include a review
of the possible effect of these milestones on the NuMobile's share price.
Since launching its smartphone and mobile computing business plan early
last year, the Company has completed two acquisitions with two additional
acquisitions pending. NuMobile has set a 2010 revenue goal of $20 million.

Virtual Town Hall - January 29, 2010
NuMobile is scheduled to release a 2009 Virtual Town Hall on January 29,
2010. The Virtual Town Hall agenda includes a review of the Company's 2009
results and preview of the Company's plans for the year ahead, including
the Company's 2010 $20 million revenue objective.
Additionally, as a Greenfield Program participant, NuMobile is scheduled to
be featured in the upcoming NewMarket Virtual Town Hall scheduled for
January 22, 2010.
