CARY, NC--(Marketwire - January 14, 2010) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB : NUBL ) acquired two
innovative smartphone and mobile computing companies last year and made
headway in introducing the acquired companies into the growing smartphone
and mobile computing markets in China, South America and Africa. Tomorrow,
the Company plans to release an on-demand Webcast briefly reviewing 2009
progress and previewing anticipated upcoming contract and acquisition
milestones that could further validate the Company's mobile computing and
smartphone business plan. The Webcast is set to include a review of the
possible effect of these milestones on NuMobile's share price. NuMobile
has set a 2010 revenue goal of $20 million. A link to the Webcast will be

Virtual Town Hall - January 29, 2010
NuMobile is scheduled to release a 2009 Virtual Town Hall on January 29,
2010. The Virtual Town Hall agenda includes a review of the Company's 2009
results and preview of the Company's plans for the year ahead, including
the Company's 2010 $20 million revenue objective.
Additionally, as a Greenfield Program participant, NuMobile is scheduled to
be featured in the upcoming NewMarket Virtual Town Hall scheduled for
January 22, 2010.
