NuMobile (NUBL) Anticipates Enhanced Sales and Marketing Opportunities Through Worldwide (WWSG) and NewMarket (NWMT) Strategy

(OTCBB: WWSG) released an online Webcast presentation yesterday that provides a strategic update on Worldwide's plans with NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) and the potential benefit to Worldwide from NewMarket's Greenfield Partnership Program participants, including NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL). The Greenfield Program was introduced last year to accelerate and enhance the introduction of new technology innovations into new markets and NuMobile was the first company to participate in the program. Worldwide and NewMarket Strategy

Worldwide and NewMarket have entered into a letter of intent to combine NewMarket's operations headquartered in Brazil into Worldwide as a first step towards building a national exchange listed emerging market systems integrator. The transaction is expected to rapidly establish an approximate $20 million annual revenue stream for Worldwide. The comprehensive NewMarket and Worldwide strategy is focused on directing combined resources on building toward a $1 billion global revenue target.
