OBN Holdings to Establish New Beverage Subsidiary

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) -  OBN Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OBNI) today announces the formation of a new beverage subsidiary. The subsidiary will be responsible for developing new product lines of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic products, and proactively identifying existing brands to acquire.

"Our new company represents another major step in our never ending goal to increase shareholder value," stated Roger Neal Smith, OBN Holdings President and CEO. "Given the anticipated worldwide success of our Scotch and Irish whiskeys and the impending introduction of additional beverages, creating a home for the product line is the logical course of action."

OBN Holdings subsidiary Kyodo USA will handle the global distribution of the products. The company anticipates sales of $5 million during the first twelve months of operations.
