O.C. Beverages Ready to Go

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - April 8, 2010) -  O.C. Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OCBG) announced that they have completed their re-organization to allow the Company to focus on its core competency of Marketing and Distribution. It also allows the company to invest its time and capital resources on brand development, which increases the value of the company vs. bottling plant assets that decrease in value.

According to Lee Danna, President/CEO, "The beverage industry has many well known national brands that have never owned a bottling plant. It makes sense to have our products co-bottled in various regions of the U.S. to reduce our freight costs. The Company has arranged for several locations to bottle their proprietary patented beverages throughout the nation."

In addition, the company has completed its patented beverage products taste tests on its new All Natural product line for its "Release" Anti-Oxidant Water. "Release" will provide the world's first beverage with a patent that mimics or replicates the body's defense system. Developed by Dr. Theodore Hersh, after 11 years of research, the patent features the body's master anti-oxidant, Glutathione. In fact, we cannot survive without Glutathione. The Company, which has a ten year exclusive licensing agreement with Dr. Hersh to produce and market in North America with International options, will begin launching the product this month. All raw materials have been ordered and the sales team will begin soliciting orders in less than three weeks.

Mr. Danna stated, "Our 'Release' products with Glutathione, in combination with Selenium and vitamins, and a new patented Infusion Cap technology, will take health beverages to a whole new level."

Now that the company has completed its re-organization and product development, they will begin announcing further detailed information on "Release," their other brands, and the Company on a regular basis.
