Live Webcast: From Brigham and Women's Hospital, November 16, 2006 at 4:30 PM EST (21:30 UTC)

BOSTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 31, 2006 -- On November 16, at 4:30 PM EST, a team of gastrointestinal surgeons from Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center will webcast a live hepatectomy with radiofrequency resection procedure on www.or-live.com.

Hepatectomy, a surgical procedure used to remove sections of the liver, is an effective form of treatment for both primary liver tumors and liver tumors derived from colorectal cancer and other cancers that have spread to the liver. For this webcast, Surgeon Richard S. Swanson, MD, will demonstrate an innovative technique using radiofrequency -- or heat -- to minimize bleeding during this procedure.

"This webcast is a valuable educational resource for both doctors and patients and allows for an interactive exchange of questions, ideas, and opinions," said Dr. Swanson.
