ORSYP Announces Contest to Find Global ITIL Expert

Twitter-Based Contest Tests Participants' ITIL Knowledge; Top Expert to Win Amazon Kindle

PARIS--(Marketwire - October 27, 2009) - ORSYP

-- In an effort to find the world's leading ITIL expert, ORSYP -- worldwide provider of IT Operations Management solutions and services -- today kicked off a contest in which the company will use its Twitter channel to ask ITIL-related questions and solicit the answers from its followers. The grand prize -- an Amazon Kindle Wireless Reading Device -- will be awarded to the contestant with the most correct answers.

-- Twice per week, ORSYP will issue a question about ITIL and instruct contestants to direct message the company at @ORSYP with the correct answer. The contestant with the most correct answers will win an Amazon Kindle in December, just in time for the holidays. In the event of a tie, we will select the winner by a blind drawing.

-- To kick off the contest, the first 20 ITIL experts to direct message ORSYP at @ORSYP with the correct answer to the following question will win a $20 Amazon.com gift card: "True or False? An organization can be ITIL certified."

-- The contest runs from October 27 to December 11. It is open to all, except ORSYP employees and their families, who wish to test their knowledge about ITIL. To participate, contestants must have a Twitter account and can begin to follow ORSYP at http://twitter.com/orsyp. Contestants must then direct message the company with each answer to get a shot at the prizes.
