O.T. Mining Significantly Expands Ruby Property, Southwest Montana

MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 1, 2005 -- The O.T. Mining Corporation (OTC: OTMN) ("O.T.") has completed an aggressive claim staking program, and significantly increased the land holdings on its Ruby Property near Butte, Montana.

A total of 383 new claims have been staked, encompassing approximately 11 square miles. This more than doubles the size of the property, from 10.3 to 21.3 square miles. The claims were staked by a six-person crew from MXS Inc. of Winnemucca, Nevada, under the supervision of O.T.'s Peter Kurisoo, Certified Professional Geologist ("CPG").

The new claims are in the northern portion of the Ruby property where O.T. has recently discovered a significant zone of porphyry copper mineralization. These claims were staked in response to results from the previously announced 2005 exploration program that consists of integrated geochemistry, geophysics, core drilling, and geologic compilation.

The 2005 program was designed to refine and expand upon previously defined historic Anaconda and recent Quantec "Titan 24" deep-looking geophysical anomalies and Mobile Metal Ion soil geochemical anomalies. Preliminary geophysical results of this year's program indicate the presence of a number of new anomalies, including a significant east-west feature over which MMI soil geochemical sampling has taken place. The east-west orientation has been recognized as being significant for the localization of base and precious metal mineralization in the Richest Hill On Earth at Butte. The MMI results are pending and will be reported and integrated with the final geophysical report currently under preparation by Matrix Geotechnologies (Toronto).

Dr. Mark Fedikow, O.T.'s Vice President of Exploration and Regulation 43-101 "Qualified Person," stated "Our 2005 exploration program has been very successful. The preliminary results indicate that the copper porphyry system has substantial depth, and covers a larger area than was defined by the earlier work. We have acquired additional mineral rights to cover these areas, and to assure that O.T. controls all available prospective ground."

All geophysical and geochemical field work has been completed. The data is being compiled and analyzed in detail, and the detailed results will be announced as they become available. Drilling continues on the property; two deep core holes into the porphyry system in the North Area are in progress.
