As Branch Manager, Celia will oversee the daily sales, service and operational activities for the Branch. She will facilitate staff development, oversee and manage staff sales goals and have responsibility for business development.
Wilbur brings extensive local knowledge to her new position. She has spent 15 years in Central Valley banking circles, including serving in mortgage lending and management positions at Wells Fargo and County Bank. Wilbur and her family have been Ripon residents for 27 years.
