Oak Valley Community Bank Announces New Vice President


OAKDALE, CA--(Marketwire - December 20, 2007) - Oak Valley Community Bank (OTCBB: OVYB) announced today that Mark Steichen has joined the bank as the Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in the Bank's Sonora branch.

Steichen was most recently employed by Central California Bank and Umpqua Bank as a Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. He brings nearly 20 years of banking experience and a long history with the community to the Bank. He has volunteered for many organizations and is currently the Board President of High Country Sports Arena. He attended the California State University, Stanislaus, receiving a degree in Business Administration. Mark and his family reside in Sonora.
