OceanFreight Inc. Announces Date for the Release of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2009 Results, Conference Call and Webcast

ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - February 8, 2010) - OceanFreight Inc. (NASDAQ: OCNF), a global provider of seaborne transportation services, today announced that it will release its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31st, 2009 after the close of the market in New York on Monday, February 22nd, 2010. On Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010 at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the results.
