VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) -

Ondine Biopharma Corporation (TSX:OBP)(AIM:OBP) (the "Company"), a medical technology company developing photodisinfection based products, today announced it has issued 947,688 common shares at a price of $0.12 per share to an arms length party as consideration for and in settlement of past advisory services provided to the Company. The shares are subject to a regulatory hold period in Canada which expires on August 13, 2010. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on April 16, 2010.
