Online Nominations Open for We Media Awards

Awards Honor Game Changers at the We Media Miami Conference March 9-11, 2010

RESTON, VA--(Marketwire - November 3, 2009) - Online nominations are now open to identify winners of the 2010 We Media Awards. The awards honor Game Changers: People, projects, ideas and organizations leading change and inspiring a better world through media.

Winners are featured in conversations and case studies at the We Media Miami Conference, March 9-11, 2010 ( Nominations are sought from all fields and professions, including individuals, commercial and nonprofit companies, small startups, social entrepreneurs, independent thinkers, brands, marketers, causes, tools or ideas.

Winners provide example, insight and inspiration for leaders and visionaries from all fields by demonstrating how to navigate and lead the connected society. They are featured in conversations at the We Media Miami conference, an annual gathering of business, social and cultural leaders to celebrate and explore new opportunities that tap the "power of us." In addition to conversations with the Game Changers, the conference features topical workshops, an exhibit gallery for innovative media businesses and services and live presentations by entrepreneurs who compete for $50,000 in seed capital to help launch two media startup ventures.
