OnviSource Subsidiary, CadCom Telesystems, Delivers Compact Call Center Solution for Start-Up, Distributed and Virtual Call Centers

AccuCall LDX Delivers Advanced Revenue-Bearing Features and Productivity Tools in Cost-Effective Bundle

PLANO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2005 -- CadCom Telesystems, a wholly owned subsidiary of OnviSource, Inc., announced the addition of the newly released AccuCall LDX server platform to the AccuCall product line, completing a full line of scalable solutions for call centers. With the addition of the AccuCall LDX server, CadCom Telesystems now provides a cost-effective solution with advanced vertical applications for small start-up, distributed and virtual call center operations.

"Providing call center products that offer new and innovative solutions to the growing needs and trends of the industry -- such as start-up, distributed and virtual call centers -- is part of our core strategy to empower contact centers to transition to new levels of incremental revenues and productivity," said Ray S. Naeini, Chairman and CEO of OnviSource, the holding company that owns CadCom Telesystems. "Introduction of AccuCall LDX and its portable feature-rich software is a big step toward successfully executing our strategy."

The AccuCall LDX platform is built on client/server architecture with digital network compatibility and incorporates all the software features of larger AccuCall configurations, such as sophisticated call processing, group-based routing, on-call scheduling with automatic paging, custom message and ordering formats, message histories, reporting features and full remote management capabilities. This innovative design gives call centers the ability to minimize labor cost without sacrificing performance.

The AccuCall LDX is the more compact server in the modular AccuCall family of products and is geared toward smaller, distributed and virtual call centers with up to four operator stations. The AccuCall SBX, an expanded version, is geared toward call centers with a maximum of eight operators, and the AccuCall MSX is a multi-server platform for larger call centers. AccuCall generic software and capabilities are portable across all three products, empowering scalable expansion while preserving capital investment.

"We've found that smaller call centers, call centers with geographically distributed locations, and virtual call centers are underserved by current technology providers. The AccuCall LDX is well positioned to directly address the needs of this expanding small call center trend by offering all the functionality of more expensive systems without over-delivering on equipment not immediately needed," said Stan Jasinski, Chief Operations Officer at CadCom Telesystems. "This brings the price point down to a more affordable range, while offering effective solutions that address these new trends in the call center industry."

AccuCall LDX affordability allows a wide range of organizations, such as medical centers and sales organizations, to set up telephone answering services and internal call center operations to handle inbound calls without large capital investments for call handling equipment.
