Open EC Technologies, Inc. Grants Stock Options

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 25, 2010) - Open EC Technologies, Inc. ("Open EC") or the ("Company") (TSX VENTURE:OCE) announces that it has granted stock options to Michael Chen, CFO and director of the Company. Mr. Chen has been granted options to purchase up to 360,000 shares of the Company at $0.10 per share until January 25, 2011.
