Options Media Group Selects WhatCounts Email-Marketing Platform

Email Marketing Leader Acquires WhatCounts Broadcaster for Maximum Flexibility, Security and ROI

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: OPMG), a leading email service provider, permission based email, sms/text messaging marketing and mobile marketing company, today announced that it will purchase the Broadcaster™ email-marketing appliance from WhatCounts, Inc. The technology will handle all of Option Media's email creation, distribution and management needs. Options Media selected WhatCounts as its enterprise-email technology provider based on the company's robust platform, history of innovation including a soon-to-be available Video Email capability, and the overall flexibility of the platform.

"WhatCounts' platform is a perfect fit to work alongside OPMG's line of operations, efficiently creating, delivering and monitoring effective email campaigns," said David Geller, CEO and founder of WhatCounts, Inc. "We look forward to helping Options Media assist their agency partners and clients in achieving a higher-than-ever return on investment for their email marketing programs."

WhatCounts' innovative Broadcaster appliance includes the same WhatCounts permission-based email-marketing solution as the ASP offering -- a fully integrated lifestyle marketing platform including dynamic content delivery, sophisticated polls and surveys, integrated blogging/RSS capabilities, Video Email system and social media tools. The newly acquired platform allows Options Media Group's clientele of leading advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies and users to construct and deliver targeted email campaigns to communicate with existing customers and attract new users to their respective Web sites.

"The acquisition of WhatCounts' technology is a significant achievement for Options Media Group," said Mr. Scott Frohman, CEO of Options Media Group. The ability to scale to the volumes of opt-in emails coupled with the responsiveness and expertise of WhatCounts' management team provides additional value to OPMG's growing service offerings. We believe that this increase to our product offerings will allow us to expand our market footprint, increase earnings, and achieve our overall goal of improved shareholder value."
