  • To help communications service providers (CSPs) meet their changing needs in the new decade, Oracle will demonstrate its leadership and vision at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, February 15-18.
  • Oracle Communications Vice President of Product Marketing, Dan Ford, will speak during the "Strategies for Growth: Compelling Customer Service" session on Tuesday, February 16 at 4 p.m. The panel will discuss effective interventions and customer intimacy topics for operators in a Web 2.0 world.
