Order Logistics Announces Record YTD June Results

URBANA, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- Order Logistics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ODLG) (www.orderlogistics.com) announced that it achieved a gross profit of $1,910,236 on revenues of $8,445,965 during the first six months of 2006. In addition, total assets were $15,477,828 and total liabilities were $11,926,138 with stockholders equity of $3,551,690 as of 6/30/06. "We are very excited about our progress during 2006 and particularly these past 60 days in terms of solutions sales growth," stated Brian Griffin, President of Order Logistics. "The last 2 months show a 30% growth trend in gross profit over the prior 4 months, combined with a 22% top-line growth trend," added Griffin. "Our acquisition strategy, which focuses clearly on our ability to provide end-to-end logistical solutions for fast-growing operations, is being executed effectively and our additional technology revenues from the acquisitions of eBridge and Creative Systems Corp. are starting to run in excess of $300,000 per month starting in July. The synergies derived from our existing operations and Solve (IT)(2) platform with the world-class suites like 'SupplierBridge' and 'Freight-Link' enable us to empower our customers with on-demand, web-based solutions which are comprehensive enough to service the entire supply chain and continue to improve our margins. As more companies struggle with sourcing challenges and increased distribution costs, it will become apparent that an approach solely from the transportation angle will sub-optimize other opportunities. The market is embracing our sophisticated yet functional information technology brand, which is focused entirely on supply chain efficiencies. This enables solution opportunities to become defined to those global companies searching for practical answers to their specific supply chain complexities."

Order Logistics' Solve(IT)(2) technology platform and solutions empower companies to manage the entire supply chain from their desktop all the way from procurement of raw materials, load optimization, carrier selection, load tender, shipment tacking, payment and a comprehensive supply chain data repository. This web-based platform helps companies view the supply chain as a whole with the goal of reducing the overall cost of that enterprise.
