Outlook Announces Additions to Management Team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 1, 2006) - Outlook Resources Inc. ("Outlook" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OLR) an emerging renewable energy company focussed on ethanol and bio-diesel production, is pleased to announce the following additions to its Management Team. Mr. Dennis Patkau joined Outlook as Vice President - Aquaculture, and Mr. Roy Eyjolfson is joining the team as Ethanol Operations Consultant.

Mr. Patkau comes to Outlook following fourteen years with Rogers Wireless. As an integral part of the Rogers, Midwest leadership team from 1999-2005, his contributions helped grow a 5 million dollar region to a 60 million dollar region. Dennis is a resourceful sales leader with extensive broad based, entrepreneurial experience in a management role and expertise in strategic planning, coaching, mentoring and long term relationship building. Dennis was born and raised in Winnipeg where he resides today with his wife and three children.

Mr. Eyjolfson joins Outlook following a 30 year career at the Seagram's distillery at Gimli, Manitoba. Roy started with Seagram's in 1974 while completing his B.Sc. in Microbiology & Chemistry, at the University of Manitoba (1976). During his 30 year tenure at Seagram's Roy worked as Distillery Manager, Plant Engineer, Quality Control Manager, Operations Manager and ultimately as Vice President - Supply and Operations before retiring in June of 2005.

Roy brings the knowledge and expertise of a seasoned, experienced alcohol plant operations manager with 30 years of progressive roles in a modern unionized manufacturing environment to Outlook's Management team.

Dennis' local contacts and extensive networking abilities are a huge asset to the development and expansion of the Aquaculture division's sales and its marketing ability and Roy's operations expertise will be invaluable to the Company and our partners over the long term as Outlook executes the development of its ethanol business model in the Bio-Economy Parks."

Outlook's Board of Directors has approved the issuance of Employee Stock Options to Mr Patkau and Consultant's Stock Options to Mr Eyjolfson as part of their compensation packages as follows: Mr Patkau, 300,000 @ $0.10 for 5 years and Mr. Eyjolfson, 150,000 @ $0.10 for 5 years.
