Outlook Announces Appointment of Director and Change in Date of Annual Meeting

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 27, 2008) - Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated November 24, 2008, halting the shares of Outlook Resources Inc. ("Outlook" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OLR), the Company wishes to advise that that Mr. Floyd Stanley has been appointed a director.

Mr. Stanley ("Floyd") is a retired School Principal having worked for the Bruce County Board of Education for 34 years. He received his B.A. from Waterloo University in 1972 and his Masters degree (M. Ed) from the University of Toronto in 1981.

Subsequent to his retirement from the education system in 1996, Mr. Stanley worked in the real estate marketing field for a number of years for Oceanfront Rentals in Hilton Head, North Carolina and completed his Real Estate course at Humber College in 1981. Floyd is currently a partner in a privately held real estate development company with business interests in Ontario.

Floyd and his wife Lynne reside in White Rock, B.C. and are long time shareholders of Outlook.

John Bottomley, President of Outlook, stated "I am very pleased to have Floyd join the Board. He has been a faithful supporter of the Company and he is very familiar with the Company's ongoing business. He will be a valuable addition to the Board."

Trading in the shares of the Company is anticipated to resume shortly as the Company has now satisfied the reasons for the halt in trading.

The Company also wishes to advise that it has changed the date of its annual meeting to Friday January 16, 2009.
