PCMC to Host Capital Markets Seminar

Small Business Execs Will Learn How to Raise $1 Million in Nevada

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 9, 2007) - Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB: PUBC) will educate up to 200 small business executives about the process of gaining access to the capital markets to build stronger companies at its Capital Markets Seminar. The event will be held at Spanish Trail Country Club on Friday, November 16, 2007. Event sponsors include Wells Fargo, the Nevada Economic Development Advisory Board, and Terpin Communications.

"More than 20 years ago, the United States pioneered federal rules to allow small businesses to enter the capital markets, but few business owners are aware of these rules or the benefits they offer," said Stephen Brock, President and CEO of PCMC. "We have been providing management consulting services for almost nine years to small business clients seeking to enter the capital markets, become publicly traded, and build their businesses. For several reasons, we believe Nevada companies have specific advantages, so we are providing the seminar to teach business executives how this process works."

After attending the three-hour seminar, executives will be able to answer the following questions:

-- How can I raise $1 million in Nevada?
-- How can I get my company's shares trading in the United States on the
    over-the-counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB)?
-- How long will it take?
-- Can I use the OTCBB as a starting point toward a goal of being listed
on NASDAQ, AMEX or even NYSE?
-- How much capital can I raise?
-- Will I be shouldering large new personal liabilities?
-- Aren't the costs of ongoing SEC compliance too much?
-- Where will I find all the lawyers, accountants and specialists?

While the cost of the seminar is $525, the registration fee will be waived for the first 40 registrants. Space is limited to 200 executives. Interested executives may register for the conference at www.pcmcseminar.com.
