PETCO Subscribes to DecisionPoint's MobileCare™ Technical Support Service

Key Component of RF Mobile Computer Support System

(OTCBB: DNPI) today announced that PETCO, a leading pet specialty retailer with more than 1,000 stores nationwide, has signed up for its MobileCare Technical Support services, complete with a 24/7 option. This service will provide PETCO with access to key DecisionPoint resources in order to troubleshoot and resolve any issues which may arise with the company's RF mobile computers and wireless infrastructure in use at PETCO distribution centers nationwide. DecisionPoint's Techincal Support service is one piece of the overall support system that PETCO has put in place to maximize distribution center uptime.

Technical Support is one part of DecisionPoint's MobileCare™ suite of support offerings and is designed to provide specialized help desk support for RF mobile computers and wireless infrastructure. Technical Support entitles customers to access DecisionPoint's expert support team for any issue related to the day-to-day operation of their mobile computing systems. DecisionPoint personnel will remotely troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy any reported situation, reducing downtime as well as the hassle of sending devices in for service.
