NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by the IO News Wire.

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - November 12, 2009) - Newron Sport (PINKSHEETS: NSPT) announced yesterday that it has received a purchase order from Lortie Boucher Sports Corporation, to sell Newron Sport Inline Skates in its 22 stores.

Lortie Boucher stores cater to Eastern Canadian customers with products from Nike, Easton, Reebok Mission Skates and Under Armour. Lortie Boucher is an affiliate of The Forzani Group, Canada's largest national sporting goods retailer with retail sales of $1,580,000,000 in 2009.

Newron's patented tandem device is a unique product that focuses on both recreational use and enhanced sports performance by allowing the enjoyment of inline skating on hard and rough surfaces without the vibrations and loss of balance because of surface imperfections. The Newron Skate System absorbs imperfections and provides the inline skate user the feel of a smooth glide, stride and maneuverability of an ice skate, all while offering the user a safer and more efficient braking system than conventional inline skates.

Other active stocks are Dicks Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) Nike Inc (NYSE: NKE) and BioElectronics Corp (PINKSHEETS: BIEL).
