PTA Holdings, Inc. Announces Second Generation V-Flow Fuel Maximizer System; Cell-Phone-Size Revolutionary Hydrogen Fuel Saving System Can Increase Fuel Savings by up to 50% for the Automotive and Truck Industry

CLEVELAND, GA--(Marketwire - October 3, 2007) - PTA Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PTAH) announced today that its ProFlow subsidiary has designed and launched a second generation V-Flow Fuel Maximizer. This new system is more compact than the original, approximating the size of a small cell phone. This new version is designed using the company's proprietary patent-pending state of the art Hydrogen/Oxygen Generating System for increasing internal combustion engines' fuel efficiency (averaging 40 to 55% plus increase) for the automotive and trucking industry. ProFlow is a Georgia-based multi-location Automotive Service Center that specializes in the repair and maintenance of domestic, foreign and diesel cars and trucks. PTA Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PTAH) is a publicly traded holding company that is primarily engaged in the automotive industry, travel industry, real estate and interactive transaction-based kiosks.

The Second Generation V-Flow Fuel Maximizer model was developed to facilitate installation in a broader range of vehicles. It is the size of a small cell phone and produces the same efficiency as its big brother. The convenience of a smaller size allows it to be installed in tighter areas under the hood.

The exhaust created from The V-Flow Fuel Maximizer Component itself happens to be virtually pure oxygen, thus creating a cleaner environment. By harnessing the great power of water we will extend our fuel resources much further into the future.

ProFlow, since inception has been led by a NASCAR Winston Cup Winning experienced management team. ProFlow has been developing and designing procedures for the automobile industry that can have a dramatic effect on fuel consumption.
