PYJAMA WALK for Peace and Nonviolence

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 20, 2009) – At noon on Saturday November 21, pyjama-clad protesters of all ages will meet at Bloor and Yonge and march down Yonge Street, banging pots and pans, sounding the alarm for fellow citizens to "wake up" to the threat of nuclear weapons. The Pyjama Walk for Peace and Nonviolence will end at the Peace Garden at Nathan Phillips Square one hour later.

Organized by World Without Wars, the Pyjama Walk is one of many activities taking place across the country and around the world in support of the World March for Peace and Nonviolence.
