Pacific Valley Bank Names Frank Lippman Executive Vice President

SALINAS, CA--(Marketwire - November 7, 2007) - Pacific Valley Bank (OTCBB: PVBK) announced today that Frank Lippman has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He had been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

In making the announcement, PVB President and Chief Executive Officer Ben Tinkey said, "Frank Lippman has been a key member of senior management for some time. This action is consistent with the bank's commitment to maintaining a viable management succession plan and underscores the directors' recognition of the vital role that Frank plays in the management of the Bank."

As Chief Financial Officer, Lippman is responsible for accounting, investments, regulatory reporting, information technology, telecommunications and facilities. Prior to joining Pacific Valley Bank in 2004, Lippman was Vice President and Cashier of Monterey County Bank in Monterey, CA, Senior Vice President of Central Coast Bancorp in Salinas, CA and Cypress Bank in Seaside, CA and was Chief Financial Officer of Proforma Printnet and Paige Security Services both in Marina, CA.
