Palladon Announces Changes to Board of Directors

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH--(Marketwire - Oct. 1, 2007) - Palladon Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:PLL)(FRANKFURT:PV-1) announces the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting and the following additions to the Board of Directors effective September 12, 2007:

Mr. Jeffrey D. Clark

Mr. Clark has served as Chairman and CEO of J.D. Clark & Company, a full-service administrative, accounting, and advisory firm serving the hedge fund industry since 1991. Mr. Clark is also managing member of Praesideo Management LLC and Praesideo Technologies LLC, and Chief Investment Officer of Praesideo Funds. Mr. Clark is currently a Director of Sendside, Inc. and Agrasyst, LLC.

Ms. Annjanine Freeman Etzel

Ms. Etzel, a CPA and Attorney, is the Chief Financial Officer of Palladon Ventures. Ms. Etzel served as a tax consultant at the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, after receiving a B.S. in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. While in law school she was Associate Editor of the Journal of Contemporary Law and the Journal of Energy Law & Policy. In addition, Ms. Etzel currently has a private tax and accounting practice.

Dr. Daniel Tao

Dr. Tao is an Associate Professor of Mineral Processing Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Tao received his Ph.D. in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. from China University of Mining and Technology, and a B.S. from Beijing University of Science and Technology. His expertise is in mineral processing, fine particle separation and dewatering/filtration.

Also re-elected to serve another term on the Board of Directors are Mr. Donald G. Foot, Jr., Mr. Ronald O. Harma, Dr. Michael G. Nelson, and Mr. George S. Young. Mr. Foot was re-elected as the Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Etzel as Chief Financial Officer, and Dr. Nelson as Chief Technical Officer. In addition, Ms. Etzel was elected Corporate Secretary. The Company regretfully reports that despite his nomination and election to the Board on September 12, Dr. Ben Seegmiller has decided to resign from the Palladon Board for personal family reasons. The audit committee has been formed and consists of the independent directors, Ron Harma, Jeff Clark, and Daniel Tao.

Mr. Rod Kirkham, Mr. H. Keith MacDougall, and Mr. Allan W. Williams did not stand for reelection and have resigned from the Board of Directors. The Company wishes to thank these gentlemen for their collective past service to the Company and wishes them the best success in future endeavors. The Company also announces that the Company has now completed a relocation of its offices from Vancouver, B.C., to Salt Lake City, Utah.
