Parsons Selected by Air Force for Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction Program

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - November 12, 2009) - Parsons has been selected by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) for its Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction 2009 (WERC09) Program.

Under the WERC09 Program, Parsons' responsibilities will be primarily environmental restoration/remediation efforts that include completion of a conceptual design, construction, implementation, demolition, repair, and operation and maintenance of installed systems prior to delivery to the Government. Performance-Based Remediation (PBR) requirements are addressed in this contract. Traditional engineering and construction needs are a secondary requirement and include design, construction, demolition, repair, and operation and maintenance prior to delivery to the Government.
