Parvus Named One of Utah's Fastest Growing Companies

MountainWest Capital Network Ranks Parvus 59th Fastest Growing Company in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - October 23, 2009) - Parvus today announced it has been named one of Utah's 100 fastest growing companies by MountainWest Capital Network (MWCN), Utah's largest business networking organization. In today's awards ceremony at the Grand America Hotel, Utah Governor Gary R. Herbert will recognize Parvus for ranking the 59th fastest growing company in the state.

The 100 fastest growing companies in Utah are selected from thousands of eligible applicants throughout the state and represent a cross-section from all industries including those in information technology, biomedical, biotechnical, healthcare, retail, construction and financial services. The Utah 100 is determined by the percentage of revenue increases from 2004 through 2008.

"Parvus has a unique expertise in designing and building some of the nation's most rugged computing systems," said Lex Watterson, President of MWCN. "As a result, Parvus products are included in many of the military's vehicles on land, sea and air to provide accurate information exchange, which ensures the safety of our soldiers. We are very proud that a Utah-based company plays such a vital role in helping the country's military branches achieve mission success."

Parvus leverages extensive expertise in systems integration and electrical/mechanical design with a complete line of rugged commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) embedded computer boards and enclosures. Parvus products are trusted by government contractors for use in such military programs as L-3 ROVER Data link, F-22 Raptor, Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle, EA-6B Prowler, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), DDG-1000 Zumwalt, Helicopter & Ground Vehicle Programs and Various UAVs.

"It is certainly an honor to be recognized as one of Utah's fastest growing companies. Our growth and success can be attributed to our company's continual commitment to improving our technology for our customers' needs," said Les Goodman, President of Parvus. "This designation by MWCN only motivates us to continue developing our products and services to meet the military's growing technological demands."
