PALO ALTO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 30, 2006 --PayCycle (, the leader in on-demand payroll, today announced the secure, single sign-on integration of its payroll service with Business Banking from Digital Insight Corp. (NASDAQ: DGIN) (, the leading online banking provider. This is the first time single sign-on, on-demand payroll has been fully integrated with an online banking platform. "We strive to make PayCycle the easiest way for small employers to manage payroll. Integrating into Digital Insight's cash management suite is a logical extension."

On-demand small business financial services are realizing strong adoption. With more than 20,000 customers, PayCycle has more than doubled in users during the past year. Likewise, the number of small businesses turning to online banking is also growing. As of September 30, 2005, more than 101,000 businesses were actively using Digital Insight's Business Banking hosted platform. The company serves more than 1,700 financial institutions nationwide and is the largest outsourced provider of online banking services, as evidenced by its leading base of client financial institutions and active end users.

"As small businesses increasingly look to reduce costs and improve efficiency with online products and services, single sign-on capabilities from Digital Insight enable our clients to make a full range of products and services, including PayCycle's award-winning payroll solution, available to business customers," said Digital Insight Director of Cash Management Bryan Laws. "Integrated, easy-to-use payroll services are a capability that will help Digital Insight banks and credit unions not only gain a greater share of wallet, it will help them become the wallet itself."

In addition to offering PayCycle as an integrated feature within online cash management, Digital Insight banks and credits unions can also offer PayCycle as a stand-alone service. Interested banks and credit unions should contact their Digital Insight account representatives for more information.

With today's announcement, Bank of Smithtown in Hauppauge, NY, will be the first Digital Insight financial institution to offer the integrated PayCycle product. "Our small business customers will greatly benefit from automated payroll services within our online banking channel," said John Romano, executive vice-president, Bank of Smithtown. "We see this as a key to building and maintaining long lasting customer relationships and a great way to compete with other financial institutions while improving our business results."

Small business users of Digital Insight banks and credit unions can sign up online for PayCycle directly from their financial institutions' websites. No in-person sales or account representatives are required. "We've designed PayCycle to be easy to use and buy," commented Heeger. The PayCycle website includes online demos, sample companies and other direct sales tools that negate the need for a direct sales force. "We offer in-bound sales support if prospective customers have questions or need assistance, but the website usually closes the sale," added Heeger.

"PayCycle's strong online selling track record is one more reason we've added the service to our small business offering," said Romano. "Our branch associates can concentrate on serving customers without having to become payroll experts."
