Pethealth Inc. Announces Toronto Humane Society Has Moved to PetPoint

PetPoint software and 24PetWatch microchips will support the revitalization of one of the largest Humane Societies in Canada

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 22, 2010) - Pethealth Inc. ("Pethealth" or the "Company") (TSX:PTZ), the second largest provider of pet insurance in North America, the leading provider of companion animal RFID microchip technology, and the leading provider of management software for animal welfare organisations, is pleased to announce that Toronto Humane Society ("THS") one of the largest animal welfare organisations in Canada, has made the decision to move to the Company's 3 main shelter targeted programs.

Under the terms of the agreement, Toronto Humane Society will begin running PetPoint's SaaS operating software system in June 2010, using Pethealth's 24PetWatch microchip program and offering Pethealth's private-labelled pet insurance program under the Ontario SPCA name to all adopters.
