Philip Ratliff Named Managing Director in UHY Advisors' New York Office

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - October 8, 2007) - Philip Ratliff has joined UHY Advisors FLVS, Inc. as a managing director in the firm's New York office, according to Saul Solomon, national practice leader of the FLVS Group.

According to Solomon, Ratliff will head up the firm's litigation services practice in New York City and was recruited to further enhance UHY Advisors' growing team of professionals providing consulting services to companies facing litigation, fraud and forensic investigations, and potential internal investigations concerning the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

He earned his bachelor of arts degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama, and holds a number of professional memberships including those in the AICPA, ASCPA, GSCPA, ACFE and ABA.
