Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. Retains GBH CPAs, PC to Conduct SEC Compliant Audit

(PLANET) (PINKSHEETS: PRRY), developer, manufacturer and marketer of PetroLuxus™ and other "Green" technologies for the remediation and recovery of the planet's resources, announced today that the company has retained GBH CPAs, PC as its registered independent public accounting firm. GBH has commenced the financial audit for the last two years of operations of PLANET.

Concurrently, PLANET's SEC legal counsel, The Loev Law Firm, PC, is preparing the required SEC legal documentation to initiate the company's filing of an S-1 Registration filing.

Upon completion of the audited financials and the S-1 Registration, the company will submit to the governing authority so at that is it will be fully reporting and may be elevated to a higher exchange.
