Agreement Can Add up to 80 Podiatrists to the Watertower Staff Physician List

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - December 28, 2009) - Invicta Group Inc. ( (PINKSHEETS: IVIT), Joint Venture Partner with Watertower SurgiCenter, has signed a group podiatric residency teaching agreement with Podiatric Management Systems (dba Advanced Foot and Ankle of Chicago) ( Advanced Foot and Ankle was established in 1995 and has over 250 locations throughout the Chicago metropolitain area and surrounding suburbs and has been recognized as one of the 25 largest medical groups in the Chicago area by Crain's Chicago Business.
