Poly-Pacific Announces Name Change and Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 24, 2010) - Poly-Pacific International Inc. ("Poly-Pacific" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PMB)(OTCBB:PLYPF)(BERLIN:A0LGDN)(FRANKFURT:POZ) is pleased to announce that it will change its name effective Thursday, February 25, 2010, to "Global Green Matrix Corp." and consolidate its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post consolidation share for every fifteen (15) current pre consolidation common shares. Where the exchange results in a fractional share, the number of common shares will be rounded to the nearest whole common share. The name change and share consolidation were approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on February 18, 2010.

Commencing at opening of trading on Thursday, February 25, 2010, the common shares of the Company will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "GGX". Following the consolidation there are expected to be 5,844,722 post consolidation shares outstanding.
