Powered's Joseph Jaffe to Flip the Funnel for the Automotive Industry at FutureMidwest 2010

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) - Powered, a full-service social media agency, announced today that its Chief Interruptor, Joseph Jaffe, will be keynoting at the FutureMidwest 2010 conference on April 16th. During his presentation, Jaffe will demonstrate how his newest book, Flip the Funnel, can assist the automotive industry in creating a complete customer experience overhaul.

As the automotive industry's health is paramount to the Midwestern economy, Jaffe will outline how "The Big Three" can use social technologies to activate consumers. By transforming customer service into a strategic imperative, the automotive industry can empower customers to become brand megaphones for future customer acquisitions.

Conference attendees will experience Jaffe's new customer behavior model that sustains and grows long-term customer relationships through A.D.I.A. (Acknowledgment, Dialogue, Incentivization and Activation), providing customer service takeaways that will be the differentiator for future brand success.

In addition to his keynote, Jaffe will conduct two book signings on Friday, April 16th. The first is scheduled from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Barnes & Noble (500 South Main Street Royal Oak, MI), followed by an additional signing at FutureMidwest's Tech Reception to take place between 6:45 pm - 9:00 pm.
