Mr. Clay replaces Mr. James Carter on Powertech's board of directors. Mr. Carter has resigned from the board of Powertech due to other professional commitments. Powertech thanks Mr. Carter for his service on the board and wishes him the best with his future business endeveours.

Richard Clement, President and CEO, stated, "While we at Powertech fully understand Jim's commitments in his other businesses, we will sorely miss Jim's support and thoughtful guidance as an independent director.
