VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 11, 2008) - POWERTECH URANIUM CORP. Mr. Beshore works out of the new Wellington office.

Powertech's growth in Colorado-based personnel made it necessary for the Company to move its head office, formerly in Centennial, into a larger space in a more conveniently-located facility in Greenwood Village. This larger, state-of-the-art facility will enable Powertech to grow and expand its capabilities. The new office has an upgraded computer network and enhanced communications systems. The address of the new head office is 5575 DTC Parkway, Suite 140, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111. The telephone numbers have remained the same - Phone 303-790-7528 and FAX 303-790-3885.

In addition to the new Greenwood Village head office, Powertech has established an office in Wellington, Colorado, in close proximity to the Company's Centennial Project. This office was established to maintain strong oversight of the Centennial Project and to create a local presence in the project area with the objective of enhancing community relations. The address of this office is 8305 6th Street, PO Box 1066, Wellington, Colorado 80549. The phone number is 970-282-7777 and FAX number is 970-568-3423.

Richard F. Clement, Jr., President and CEO, states, "We are extremely pleased to have the addition of both Terry and Mike to the Powertech team.
