Prevention Insurance Announces Expiration of the Extension With Senyin

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 31, 2007) - Prevention Insurance (OTCBB: PVNC) announces that the extension agreement with Senyin Developing Co. has expired and will not be renewed. Prevention says it regrets the decision but cannot wait any longer to receive the certified audited statements required to move the merger forward. "We have been more than patient with Senyin and reluctantly must now move in a different direction," states Mr. Goldsmith, CEO. "In that regard we have opened up discussions with several companies from both China and North America that have expressed an interest in merging with Prevention."
