Printera Corporation: Listing Suspension

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 15, 2006) - Printera Corporation (TSX:PAC) On Friday, May 12, 2006, the TSX put out a press release to the effect that the common shares of Printera Corporation (Symbol: PAC) are suspended from trading effective immediately for failure to meet the listing requirements of the TSX and that it will be delisted at the close of market on June 9, 2006.

Printera Corporation fell below the following requirements: "Financial condition and/or operating results (S.709, 710(a)(i))" and "Public distribution, price, or trading activity of the company's securities has been so reduced as to not warrant continued listing (S.711)" An application had been made to the TSX Venture Exchange for listing and in April 2006 the TSX Venture Exchange advised Printera Corporation that it did not meet their minimum listing requirements.

Printera Corporation is evaluating its remaining options and will advise by press release when a course of action has been decided.
