PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - October 30, 2007) - ProCom, a CommonHealth medical education
unit, today announced the promotions of Michael Zilligen to general manager
and Lynn Rosen to senior vice president, director of client services.

Mr. Zilligen advances from his previous post as senior vice president,
enterprise lead at Solara, a ProCom sister agency and CommonHealth business
unit created to provide strategic marketing services to improve patient
access to pharmaceutical brands in managed markets. In his new role, he
will be responsible for strategic planning and program development, new
business initiatives and overseeing all operations, procedures and policies
at ProCom.
With 18 years of industry experience, both on the client and service sides
of the business, Mr. Zilligen has extensive knowledge and expertise in
areas including medical education, managed care, domestic and international
product management and market planning. Throughout his career, he has held
senior-level positions at The GMR Group, a healthcare consultancy
exclusively focused on managed care; B. Braun Medical, a leader in medical
devices and solutions, based in Germany; and Marion Merrell Dow, a
pharmaceutical company. Mr. Zilligen has been with the CommonHealth
organization for two years.
Lynn Rosen has been promoted from senior vice president, professional
relations to senior vice president, director of client services. In her new
role, Ms. Rosen will be responsible for developing and maintaining ProCom's
ongoing client activities, relationships and services. Additionally, she
will help foster the development of account team personnel and lead
strategic and tactical planning initiatives. Ms. Rosen has been with ProCom
for nearly four years.
