ProSep's Technology Used for CO2 Capture

Proprietary solution to be used by Statoil and Shell at their Norway state-of-the-art carbon capture testing facility

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 25, 2010) - ProSep Inc. (TSX:PRP), dedicated to providing process solutions to the oil and gas industry, announced that its proprietary technology will be used as an important process component for carbon capture technologies to be tested by Statoil, Norske Shell and Gassnova at their European CO2 Technology Center at Mongstad in Norway.

ProSep will supply a fuel gas quencher unit based on the Company's proprietary gas-liquid mixing technology. The gas quencher as supplied by ProSep will be used to efficiently pre-condition flue gas for CO2 capture from sources ranging from gas turbine to coal fired steam boiler applications. The project is valued at $400,000 and the gas quencher will be delivered by September 2010.

"We are proud to provide our knowledge and technology to this exciting project which will develop and test highly promising carbon capture technologies, in collaboration with super major O&G producers in one of world`s best test facilities", said Jacques L. Drouin, President & CEO.

The European CO2 Technology Center at Mongstad is a Statoil, Shell and Gassnova owned facility designed to process flue gas from the Mongstad refinery and gas-fired power plant to evaluate potential full-scale application of carbon capture technology for greenhouse gas emitting power plants and industries. The technology center is scheduled to be completed by early 2012 and is expected to be one of the world's leading carbon capture innovation centers.
