Produce Safety & Security International Announces Growth of Sales, Personnel, Revenue and New Product Lines for All Areas of Food Safety Processes

Produce Safety & Security International Selects a Larger Facility for North Carolina and Has Proposals for Two Distribution Centers in Dallas, Texas as Results of Increased Equipment Sales and Contracts for the Food Safety Process

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 31, 2006 -- Produce Safety & Security International, Inc (PINKSHEETS: PDSC), an ozone and chemical sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, announces the selection of a larger facility in North Carolina and proposal for two Distribution Centers in Dallas , Texas.

Produce Safety & Security International currently has three warehouses for distribution of Ozone Food Processing Equipment, Sanitation, Disinfection and Medic-Kleen Products. The current locations are Prescott, AZ, Greensboro, NC and Houston, TX.

Clarence W. Karney, CEO of Produce Safety & Security International, states, "The expansion of these facilities was caused by the increased sales, new product lines, contracts from the medical field, transportation, wholesale & retail produce operations and foodservice. PDC will be closing leases for two distribution centers in Dallas, Texas for Food Safety Process Produce and the Preservation Extension of Shelf-Life for Flowers. Dallas facilities will be operational with 45 to 60 days."
