Produce Safety & Security International Inc. Has Negotiated Agreements With Two Ozone Manufacturers for Ozone Misting Units and Ozone Air Units for the Retail Produce Departments

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 20, 2006 -- Produce Safety & Security International Inc. (OTC: PDSC), a ozone, sanitation disinficant process supplier to the food and medical industries, has negotiated agreements with two ozone manufacturers for ozone misting units and ozone air units for use in the retail produce departments.

Clarence W. Karney, CEO of Produce Safety & Security International Inc., states these agreements provide Produce Safety & Security International Inc. with a state-of-the-art process misting the produce with ozone to extend the shelf-life and remove food borne illness bacteria. This process will provide retail produce departments a better return as there will be less shrinkage. The customer will be assured of a food safe product at retail produce departments by use of this process. This process may be used on organic produce to remove the pathogens. This process uses no chemicals thus meeting the requirements of organic certification. Retailers using this process will increase the bottom line and provide a fresher product for the consumer. Many produce departments have produce losses of several thousand dollars a week for produce that is thrown away because bacteria caused decay.

Delivery of our cost effective process will begin on March 1, 2006, to meet the demand of thousands of stores. This process will significantly increase our market penetration. The process will increase our revenues by more than $6,000,000.00 annually.
