Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. Provides Exclusive Support to METSS for Evaluation of Department of Energy's Applications

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - October 25, 2007) - Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSS) is pleased to announce that the Company will exclusively provide its unique ozone spray technology to the METSS Corporation for evaluation of Department of Energy's applications. Produce Safety & Security will further support METSS with engineering assistance and processing techniques.

This partnership is an extension of Produce Safety & Security's work with METSS to provide ozone spray systems for the Navy and Air Force. The ozone spray systems were developed to remove E.coli from fresh produce, meat and poultry. For over 10 years, METSS has provided innovative environmental solutions and consulting, ranging from basic testing to specialized research and development.
